We have selected a common common wheat seed taming it to our cultivation methods on our fields. The result was a tender that from 11.3 of protein and 120W, at the first harvest, today it has gone to 16.9 of protein and almost 500W.

Ideal for: The high protein content and the very high strength make this flour ideal for leavened products, including Bread, Pizza, Focaccia. It can also be used for large leavened products (desserts, panettone, colombe, etc.).
