Our creams were born as a result of food technology studies that have made it possible to obtain with a single controlled temperature processing a preparation made only with one ingredient: legume. Without adding salt, preservatives or thickeners. The secret lies in the method of milling the legume which, reduced into thin flour, becomes, with the addition of only water and seasoned with flavors to taste, an excellent side dish for meat, fish, a tasty cream for seasoning bruschetta, but also for the creation of biscuits and sweets. Nutraceutical
The composition of this legume represents a perfect and proportional balance between water, protein and fiber, all essential elements of human well-being. They are also rich in vitamins of group B, C, K and E. Unlike white chickpeas they are also rich in iron.
Palletizing
All our shipments are designed with respect for the environment and in minimizing paper and CO2 emissions in our transport. That’s why we only rely on couriers that allow us to monitor and organize deliveries with the least waste possible. For this reason, we recommend to our customers solutions that allow to complete the cartons and reduce waste.
Packaging
For our creams we have chosen only quality. Coupled kraft bag for maximum protection. With the constantly evolving studies we will arrive in the shortest possible time to replace the plastic film in natural biodegradable film, as soon as we are sure to guarantee the same quality as always. Certifications and awards
All ARTE products comply with the requirements of the Organic certification ensuring the traceability of raw materials and the finished product, guaranteeing product quality and consumer protection.
All ARTE products are V-Label Vegan certified. The V-Label is an internationally recognized symbol for the labeling of vegan and vegetarian products and services.
Pour 700 ml of cold water into a saucepan. Combine 100 grams of product and mix well until all the lumps are gone.
Bring on medium heat until boiling, continue cooking for another 4/5 minutes, stirring constantly, taking care not to stick it to the bottom. Switch off when the desired density is reached.
Serve hot adding EVO oil, salt, pepper, spices or wild herbs to taste. Enjoy your meal!

ONLY WITH OUR LEGUMESSown, cared for and harvested only on our fields, our legumes (mostly typical of our territory) are cared for from the field to the table and follow one another in the land respecting in an agronomically perfect way the principle of cultural rotations and respect for natural biodiversity.
Thanks to the sun our legumes are dried directly on the field, without further hydration and dehydration processes, which would deplete the organoleptic and nutritional aspects. We just have to collect them (with humidity below 9%), store them with care (in cool and dry places at constant humidity and temperature).
TIMETime is our secret ingredient! We await the passing of the seasons for the growth of our plants and patiently the best time for our crops. We take all the time necessary to dry our legumes in the field to guarantee an otherwise lost taste and aroma.
ANALYSISFor us, transparency is everything, that’s why we make available all our analyzes of soils, seeds and our processed products.
NO CHEMISTRYOn our land we never use substances of chemical origin. No glyphosate. To feed our fields we only use self-produced organic fertilizer from the anaerobic digestion of our agricultural by-products.
SEED SELECTION AND CLEANINGEvery single seed is the result of a responsible choice dependent on two simple factors: territorial tradition and organoleptic sensoriality. Jealous in the conservation of our seeds, we only use self-produced ones. For this purpose we have created a highly technological food system for the cleaning and selection of our beloved seeds.
MILLINGBefore each milling, our legumes are immersed in a 100% saturated Co2 bath, so as to naturally and minimally contain the microbiology of the seed. Thanks to a milling process at low speed and controlled temperature, our legumes finally become a flour ready to be transformed into a wonderful legume cream.
SUSTAINABILITYOur entire supply chain is energy self-independent thanks to our anaerobic digestion system. In this way, by reusing the organic by-products of our transformations, on the one hand we self-produce electrical and thermal energy and on the other we recover natural organic fertilizer, which returning to the earth, balances the nutrients of the soil and closes a perfect system of circular agricultural economy. – 150 g of organic black chickpea puree
– 60 g of bitter chocolate chips
– 60 g of white sugar
– 60 g of brown sugar
– 1 pinch of salt
– 6 g of instant yeast for desserts
– 70 ml of EVO oil
– 1 egg
– 1 vanilla extract bottle
In a bowl mix the organic black chickpea flour and the two types of sugar, the instant yeast for sweets, a pinch of salt and the drops of bitter chocolate.
Combine the egg and the oil and mix well, until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Form into balls with the dough and flatten them slightly. Arrange each biscuit about 2 cm away from each other on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated static oven at 150-160 ° C for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
