Thanks to the presence of black chickpea and spelled, carbohydrates drop to 63% and consequently also the glycemic index. Studied and imagined to give a complete nutraceutical supply, without neglecting the taste. In fact, thanks to the presence of black chickpea we rebalance the contribution of lysine, an essential amino acid usually lacking in cereals (a molecule involved in the oxidation of fatty acids and necessary for the development and fixation of calcium in the bones). Lysine represents an important precursor of niacin, better known as vitamin B3 or PP, ideal in vegetarian and vegan diets. Excellent help also for the well-being of the hair, normally consisting of two amino acids lysine and cysteine. The use of lysine is also proposed for the reactivation of herpes simplex.
